So today is my 1st day on maternity leave and so far so good! I've felt great all day, considering I haven't all weekend. I've had this horrible cold and it's gone from a sore throat, to a head cold, to stuffy nasty nose, to being hoarse and now to a chest cough. So, on top of that and being (officially) 39 weeks pregnant tomorrow, it's been a doozy of a weekend. I've been having contractions off and on all weekend and they've been a lot stronger but not close enough together to get excited about. However, today, I've had a few contractions off an on but I've felt GREAT and in fact, I just finished cleaning the WHOLE house. Could this be that 'burst of energy' I always hear about; the "calm before the storm"? Who knows....
We go tomorrow at 3:45pm for my weekly dr.'s appt. and we're taking all our bags packed and what nots just in case. We're hoping for some progress but if not, we're gonna see what our options are. Tomorrow will be one week till our due date so... I DO NOT wanna go past that or really even that far, but we'll see what doc says. :)
Oh, I decided to make a slideshow of the maternity pics Stacy did so I can see them all the time and not have to refer back to a post. :)

move around as MUCH as you can today!!!!! walk, bend, WALK, WALK, WALK!! glad you're feeling better. tell you what ... why don't you come over and clean MY house. maybe TAHT will get shelby moving! ha!
