My Lifestyle Change

Ok so, WOW!!! Due to the OVERWHELMING interest in my new lifestyle change from my Facebook status I posted about my weight loss (8 lbs in 7 days), I've decided to tell you ALL IN ONE PLACE what I'm doing.
The #1 point I MUST STRESS is that this IS NOT a diet, it's a lifestyle change! :)

I've started this plan my dear friend, Renee, introduced me to. She sells & markets the program. Renee is my consultant. This is not "magic, a quick fix, instant, because of pills, or any other fads" you may think...YOU MUST BE COMMITTED AND WILLING TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE (again stressed).

It's a body cleanse, colon cleanse & teaches you how to eat THE RIGHT WAY and you're not hungry at all!! I started it a week ago and weighed yesterday (Wed. Feb.2) and lost a total of 8 lbs in 7 days. You drink lots of water (at least 8, 8 oz of water, no sodas or sugary drinks; unsweet tea and coffee is fine; you are allowed to use artificial sweetners), fresh foods, fruits, lots of veggies, salads, ABSOLUTELY NO FRIED FOODS, etc... and it's very detailed and has a plan that shows you how and when to eat as well as what to eat...LOTS OF options and good foods!!

It's sooo easy to do also!! I've tried it all before and NEVER have felt this good, this fulfilled, this educated and this wonderful inside and out! I've only worked out MAYBE 3 x this week too and i KNOW once i workout more, i'll see the results more too! It suggests you work out for at least 30 min a day and drink lots of water and just basically change what types of things you eat and not starve or stop what you eat and follow the plan. It comes w/ two supplements you take; one before breakfast, lunch & dinner and the other that's the colon cleanse you take after breakfast & before also comes w/ a shake powder you use for breakfast that can also be a meal replacement and is SUPER YUMMY! i feel SOOOO GOOD AND HEALTHY and in a week I've learned what i ate was totally bad for my body and unhealthy and now know what I should be eating and how I should be living. :)
