It's about 24 hours until Shelby and I head to Tulsa, Oklahoma for Shelby's 2nd Pinto World Championship horse show. Shelby will begin showing on Friday, June 16 through June 22. She is in 17 classes! She and Hershey are showing in the Youth Walk/Trot classes and the Youth Novice Walk/Trot classes. This year she is adding some new events! She is showing English Showmanship, Ideal Pinto and the speed classes (Keyhole race, Barrel Race, Stake Race, and Pole Bending!)! This momma is NERVOUS.... Shelby on the other hand is cool as a cucumber! I would rather it be that way!She is an amazing now 8 year old! She will have a celebration at PtHA World on Sunday as well as celebrate Father's Day. She had a fun time at Cornerstone with her friends too on her actual birthday. We took her out to eat for dinner w/ just us and she enjoyed getting a new My Life Doll and some other toys she enjoys. What an amazing girl she is.
A pre-World mani/pedi is a must....
How did she grow from this tiny little bundle to this long-legged, fearless, strong, beautiful, caring and breathtaking, young lady??
She's 8!!!
