Fall Sickness...

This weekend was SAU's 100th year of Homecoming and my 10th year reunion since graduating from SAU. I was sick w/ a sinus headache and pressure so the kids and I stayed home and played and then when the game started, Josh came and got shelby because she wanted to go. The day was so beautiful outside so I put aside my pain and we played outside... Until Rhett got sick that night and and he began to throw up all night off and on. He got better by 9am Sunday but we stayed home from church Sunday to make sure everyone stayed well. It was nice to be home as a family Sunday, even though everyone wasn't up to par.

I LOVE FALL!

FALL IS MY FAVORITE season! I love all the beautiful colors God paints over the land, the sky at night and in the mornings, the birds singing in the morning, the owls hooting at night and the cool crisp air! :)

Shelby rode THE BEST SHE PROBABLY EVER HAS on Tuesday.  The only thing different I did was feed her  pancakes beforehand. LOL... She's preparing for another show in Ruston the 17th and THEN...

She's going to Color Breed Congress in Tulsa, Oklahoma Nov. 12-14 to compete! This is huge and we are sooo excited!!  She and her coach are super ready for this adventure!

ok, so the fall also brings lazy days and nights for Figaro.. lol... and fun times in the nursery for Rhett at church...
